Suitable for the experienced and the unexperienced rider.
We start off with getting to know the horses and grooming them. Then we do a few warm-up excercises and simple stretches, followed by breathing excercises similar to the ones used in yoga and tai’chi. Finally, when every rider is comfortable with his/her mount, we get on the horses.
During the sun set ride we assist every rider, if necessary from the ground. This way we ensure, that everyone can enjoy the beauty and the wonders of the setting sun. |
